Need help right now?
KND is not an emergency or crisis service, and our forms and online spaces are not monitored around the clock. If you need help now, please contact one of these services.

Other ways to get help
- Your GP. You can ask for an urgent appointment if you need help with your mental health.
- NHS 111 online. Use 111 online if you would rather not call.
- Your care team. If you already have a mental health crisis plan or care team, follow the plan or contact them.
When things feel less urgent
When you are safe and ready, KND can help with longer-term support — connection with others, wellbeing tools and, if you want it, a return to work at your own pace.
