What this service offers

For many people, volunteering is a gentle bridge between recovery and work. It offers structure, social connection and a sense of purpose, with far less pressure than paid employment.

At KND, volunteering is part of the support model. We help you find something that suits your energy, start small, and build up only when you feel ready.

What if my health changes while I am volunteering?
