Skills Training
Build the practical skills that help work fit around your health — in small, slow-paced sessions.

What this service offers
Skills training at KND is designed for people whose confidence or stamina has been affected by illness. Sessions are small and steady-paced, and each one focuses on something you can use in everyday life and at work.
Training is modular: you can join the sessions most relevant to you, repeat topics, and build up at your own pace.

Questions about skills training
More answers on our FAQs page.
Will I be asked to role-play in front of a group?
Only if you want to. Practice activities are always optional, and there are quieter ways to take part.
Can I repeat a session?
Yes. Repeating topics is encouraged — confidence builds through practice, not speed.
